We are not all about stopping the installation of large turbines in unsuitable places that harm the environment. Our wider objective has always been Protecting the Environment from Inappropriate Development. A change in government policy has largely reduced the number of applications for large on-shore Wind Turbines – although this policy could change once more so we will continue to be vigilant! 

We have a number of current campaigns including:

• Proposing an extension to the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
• Concerns about the proposal to extend Greystone Quarry.
• Monitoring the new Class Q Planning laws and their impact.
