Regrettably the Inspector has ruled that the appeal should succeed although he has stated that no development can be carried out until:-
1: An updated habitat survey has been undertaken and findings submitted to the Local Planning Authority
2: Details of additional tree planting must be provided to the Planning Authority
3: Measures must be provided for the protection of existing boundary trees and hedgerows during the construction and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
