A High Court Judge has ruled that Local Authorities have the power to identify minimum separation distances between homes and wind turbines.

Screening Opinion for Eco Park/Solar Farm at Culm Cross, North Tawton

Although this is not in our area I’m sure some of our followers will be interested:-

 

Aardvark EM Ltd have requested a Screening Opinion for an Eco Park at Culm Cross, North Tawton which is next to the Taw Valley Creamery.

This Eco Park will include a Community Educational Centre, recreational resources and of course a Solar Farm.

Total size of the Solar Farm will be 58ha and is estimated to produce 25Mw of Electricity.
