Pickles effect starting to curb plans for wind farms in Devon and Cornwall | Western Morning News.
An application for a 500KW wind turbine (hub height 50m height to blade tip 77m) and associated infrastructure has been submitted by Part East Lake Farm Halwill Junction EX21 5XG.
What is particularly upsetting about this application is that the owner sold this farm and moved to Bude but retained some fields so that the wind turbine could be built so of course this has nothing to do with generating electricity for a farm.
