1.  Ridgecombe Farm Wind Turbine – 00178/2014

The County Archaeologist has recommended a program of pre-application assessment, geophysical survey and possibly trial trenching as the proposed site is close to a hilltop settlement of late prehistoric or Romano-British date.  This should put a spanner in the works!

2.  Tredown Farm Wind Turbine – 00162/2014

The WDBC Planning department has requested a full Environmental Impact Assessment for this site which is good news as all aspects of the proposed development will now need to be studied in full by Aardvark/Murex including Ecological, Landscape, Heritage, Noise/Flicker and Drainage assessments to name just a few.
