Cardwell Farm, Longcross, Milton Abbot – Public Consultation

Planex, the developers of the proposed wind turbine at Cardwell Farm have distributed letters to nearby residents requesting comments on their proposal which we assume they consider as fulfiling  their “public consultation”  The letter contains a location plan as well as a figure illustrating the “Zone of Theoretical visibility”
